Background
Readererer is a web application for running a community ensemble or orchestra. It keeps one record of who is in each ensemble, when it rehearses and performs, who is coming, and what it is playing, so conductors and committees can plan each date from members' replies rather than from emails and spreadsheets.
Features
- Attendance polls: members say whether they can make each rehearsal and concert in a term, and the committee sees the totals per date.
- Attendance register: record who was present, absent or late on the day.
- Members and ensembles: members can belong to several ensembles, each with its own roster and instruments.
- Terms and dates: rehearsals shared by everyone and concerts for individual ensembles.
- Seating plans: arrange each ensemble's seating and download it as a PDF.
- Setup groups and van drivers: rosters of who sets up and who drives.
- Music library: composers, pieces, parts and setlists.
- Roles: separate access for members, moderators and administrators.
